Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Dermabless Boutique has established in its corporate policy not to accept cancellations and returns of ordered items. Only those orders that have not yet been processed and shipped could be canceled within 48 hours. In the event that it is an order to pick up in the store, the customer will have a period of 48 hours to cancel their order if it has not been prepared. If it has been processed and is ready to pick up, a tax of 30% of the value of the order will be applied.

REFUNDS
Dermabless Boutique has established in its corporate policy not to make any refunds. Once the customer places an order it will be considered a final sale. If the return of an item is accepted, the value of the order will be placed as credit for the purchase of other items from the same store.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will only replace items if their bottles are faulty or damaged. If you chose to pick up your order at the store, you or the person sending it are responsible for reviewing and testing each of the items purchased before leaving.

If your order has been shipped and you receive a defective item, you must return it to our store safely. Once we receive it, we will return the damaged item to you immediately.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
